Day 1-2: To assess tolerance, mix a half-scoop with 250 ml (8 oz) of water and drink upon waking. Drink another half-serving before lunch.

Day 3 and beyond: Mix 1 scoop with 300 ml (10 oz) of water and drink upon waking. Drink a second serving before lunch.

Adjust water to taste. For best results, use Thermoxyn for 8-12 weeks. Combine with a healthy diet, regular exercise and drink plenty of water.
